The Fitness IQ Experience

The Experience

Stations Short Rest Next Station 1 km Finish

Challenge Yourself Start at the First Station

One station at a time
You’ll move through a series of individual stations, each testing a different aspect of your physical performance. You’ll face challenges such as rowing, sled pushes, deadlifts, jumps, carries and more.

Perform Under Pressure Give It Everything

Work. Recover. Go again.
At each station, you’ll either work for a set amount of time or aim for your best measurable result. After a short break, you’ll move on to the next challenge — finishing the event with a 1 km run.

Every Rep Counts Get Measured Along the Way

Every result is recorded
A judge is assigned to each station to explain the rules, measure your performance and record your result. Depending on the challenge, that could be reps, metres, calories, weight, time, height or distance.

Discover Your Fitness IQ Discover Your Fitness IQ

Your performance, broken down
After completing all the stations, you’ll receive your digital Fitness IQ Scorecard. See your overall score and individual results across strength, dynamism and endurance — and use them as your benchmark for future progress.
